- I am an artist who works in many mediums,my favorite being oil and watercolor. I also teaches adult art classes and conduct workshops in both oil and watercolor. In the summer I spend a great deal of time painting en plein aire.
This painting is from a photograph taken by my friend Warrick Burgess who does amazing wildlife photography. I loved painting the textures in this picture. The curiosity of the young wanting to venture forth from the doorstep fascinates. There's a whole world waiting to be explored out there!
